Google Wave Notifier now in Spanish, Russian, Swedish

With the help of some users, yesterday I added support for Spanish, Russian and Swedish languages to Google Wave Notifier. All parts of the interface are translated and I'll keep adding languages if people are prepared to help with the translations :)
